Shipping & Return Policies

It is our hope that you will be happy with all of your purchases.

However, if you are not -- or if your merchandise is defective or damaged -- we will offer a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee.

Processing returns, refunds, and replacements are handled on an individual basis, depending on the situation. Please note the following guidelines and procedures:

If you want to refuse delivery of your purchase.

If you haven't yet opened the package, leave the package unopened, circle the return address, and write clearly "Return to Sender" across the front. When we receive the package, your account will immediately be credited for the full amount paid, and we will send you an e-mail message to that effect. (There are no penalties or restocking fees.)

If you want to return a defective purchase.

If you accept delivery, but wish to return it because it is damaged, doesn't work, or is otherwise defective, you may do so within 30 days of the original invoice date, provided you have contacted us and been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Include our completed RETURN FORM found HERE. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download using the link provided below) to view the page.

DAMAGED: Items received were damaged or broken.
DOESN'T WORK/DEFECTIVE: Items received do not work properly or are mechanically defective.

We will gladly, at our discretion, issue a credit for the full original amount paid, ship a replacement product, or we may repair the item and return it to you. Simply place the items in their original packaging with the Return Form enclosed, seal the package, and return it to us. Return shipments should be sent via traceable means as MyOnlineSource.com is not responsible for return shipments it does not receive.

If you want to return a non-defective purchase.

If you accept delivery, but wish to return it because the order was incorrect, the items were not as described or pictured, the items were below quality expectations, or the order was delayed beyond an acceptable time frame, you may do so within 30 days of the original invoice date, provided you have contacted us and been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. INCORRECT: Items received are not what was ordered.
NOT AS DESCRIBED OR PICTURED: Items received were not what was expected from what you saw on our website.
QUALITY BELOW EXPECTATIONS: Items received do not meet the quality standards you expected.
ORDER DELAYED - NEEDED SOONER: Items received were delayed beyond an acceptable time frame.

We will gladly issue a credit for the full original amount paid. However, ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. If additional postage and packaging expenses are necessary for the return, they are the customer's responsibility and therefore, are non-refundable.

1.Call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number (1-312-238-9514 M-F 9AM-5PM CST).

Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. RMA numbers expire after 14 days. Any return (except unopened delivery refusals) we receive without an RMA number will be documented and returned to you.

2.Inspect Your Return.

ALL products being returned must be 100% complete and must be packaged in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. A return will not be processed, or a restocking fee may be charged in the event ANY items included in the original shipment to you are not present in the returned package. Items sent for return or replacement consideration will be immediately denied if the return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged. ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will not be issued.

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our inspection criteria, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. The following factors may result in the delay or denial of processing your return:

Products which are improperly packaged.
Products returned to us in non-qualified shipping containers.
Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name).
Products or packages with barcode label removed.
Products with serial number which does not match serial number on package or invoice (We maintain serial number tracking).

3.Ship and Insure Your Return.

We strongly recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. This is for YOUR protection in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with proof of delivery. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. MyOnlineSource.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges to our warehouse will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.

Christianity is an Abrahamic religion based on the life, teachings, death by crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth as described in the New Testament. Although Christians are monotheistic, the one God is thought, by most Christians, to exist in three persons (Gr. Hypostasis), called the Trinity. Most Christians believe that Jesus is the son of God and the Messiah of the Jews as prophesied in the Old Testament (or Hebrew Bible). According to other traditions, however, Jesus is thought to be a human Messiah that instructs his followers to worship God alone. Christianity encompasses numerous religious traditions that widely vary by culture, as well as thousands of diverse beliefs and sects; over the past two millennia, Christianity has been grouped into three main branches: Roman Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, and Protestantism. It is the world's largest single religion, with over 2.2 billion followers.

The term "Christ" is derived from the Greek Khristos which means "anointed one", and is a translation of the Hebrew word Moshiach (Hebrew:, also written "Messiah"). Christian means "belonging to Christ" or "of Christ".

Christianity is characterized by a number of reported miracles attributed by Christians to Jesus and his followers.

History of Christianity

Christianity originated in the first century. According to Acts 11:19 and 11:26 in the New Testament, Jesus' followers were first called Christians by non-Christians in the city of Antioch, where they had fled and settled after early persecutions in Judea. After Jesus' death, early Christian doctrine was taught by Paul of Tarsus and the other apostles.

Jesus, a descendant of Judah, is reported to have declared himself to be the long awaited Messiah (John 8:23-24, John 14:11), but was rejected as an apostate by the people generally considered to be the Jewish authorities (Matthew 26:63-64). He was condemned for blasphemy and executed by the Romans around the year 30. The formal charge cited in his execution was leading a rebellion (Luke 23:1-5): he was called the "King of the Jews" by Pontius Pilate (John 19:19-22, see Luke 16:8) on the titulus crucis or statement of the charge hung over the condemned on the cross.

The Gospels indicate that the Roman charge was actually an attempt to appease the Jewish authorities, although some scholars argue that it was an ordinary Roman trial of a rebel. According to Christians, the Old Testament predicted the death and humiliation of Jesus as recorded in the New Testament. Examples include the book of Isaiah that alludes to the slapping (Matthew 26:67-68, Isaiah 52:14-15, Isaiah 50:6, Mark 14:65, Luke 23:63-64), whipping (Isaiah 53:5, John 19:1, Matthew 27:26) and general humiliation that is centred on the given references.

Jesus' apostles were the main witnesses of his life, teaching and resurrection from the dead, although some of the early traditions of the church name numerous disciples (as many as 70 including James Adelphos, Mark, Luke, Mary Magdalene, etc) who also followed Jesus in his travels and witnessed his miracles and teachings. After his crucifixion, his apostles and other followers claimed that Jesus rose from the dead, and set out to preach the new message. The original apostles are believed by most Christians to have written some of the New Testament's Gospels and Epistles.

Many of the New Testament's twenty-seven books were written by Paul of Tarsus. Twelve Epistles name him as writer, and some traditions also credit him as the writer of the book of Hebrews. The Gospel of Luke and the Acts of the Apostles are stated as having been written by Luke, whom many believe to have been under Paul's direct influence. Acts cites Paul as a student of Gamaliel (Acts 22:3), a leading figure amongst the Jewish Sanhedrin (Acts 5:34-40) and a noteworthy authority in his own right (Acts 28:16-22) considering that the Jews of Rome sought his opinion on Christianity. Paul was the principal missionary of the Christian message to the Gentile world.
